Vertiba was engaged by a manufacturing company that produces equipment for the criminal justice sector to enhance their existing Salesforce system. The company, which has around 550 employees and services government agencies, sought to expand the capabilities of Salesforce and customize features. Vertiba, which was recommended by Salesforce, conducted a comprehensive business analysis, design, development, testing, and release. The project, which is ongoing and began about two years ago, has seen the Vertiba team double from initially two or three members to currently five or six. The client appreciates Vertiba's recommendations on enhancing Salesforce usage, their business analysis, design, and implementation skills.

Vertiba was chosen by a demand aggregator for Colorado governments to facilitate the digitization of more applications and services for residents. The project, which started in November 2011 and still ongoing, involved Vertiba providing end-to-end services, from requirement gathering, design, development, implementation, and user training. Vertiba, recognized for their high degree of expertise and flexible resource deployment, used Salesforce's Apex language and Force.com for application development. They integrated Salesforce with various applications, notably the SAP Financial System, and migrated data into Salesforce from .NET and Access databases. The size of the initiatives was estimated to be between $500,000 to $1.5 million.
