VeroHR

VeroHR was hired by Glen Dimplex, a home appliances manufacturer, for HR consulting support. The project involved collective and individual consultation support, outplacement facilitation, and TUPE process support. VeroHR was chosen for their budget-friendly pricing, cultural fit, and alignment of company values. A team of 6-10 members from VeroHR was assigned to the project. They provided note-taking support for collective consultation, participated in timetable planning, offered HR support for individual consultations, and organized outplacement support. The project was successful, and Glen Dimplex appreciated VeroHR's support throughout the process.

SPI, a manufacturing company, engaged with VeroHR for HR support and consulting services. The company lacked an onsite HR department, which led to the need for VeroHR's services. VeroHR advised and supported the company on their HR requirements, with a team of four, including the Managing Director, HR Director, and a Technology Consultant. The company solicitor recommended VeroHR and the engagement, which started in October 2023, is ongoing. SPI invested approximately $3,700 in the project.

The company's directors, with sales backgrounds but limited HR knowledge, needed expert support as staff numbers and associated issues increased. VeroHR provided guidance on handling internal complaints about a staff member, outlining various options and outcomes, and even offering to lead the meeting with the employee. The engagement, which is ongoing, started in mid-2023. The team from VeroHR, consisting of two members, was found through Google and chosen for their good price, friendliness, and local proximity.
