Verge Systems was engaged by a microfinance banking company to digitize their entire system, including financial and HR systems, through the development of web and Android apps. The main challenge was to enhance processing speed and documentation of performance appraisal. A team of 15-20 developers, project managers, QA engineers, and system analysts worked on the project. The partnership, which began in December 2009, has seen the client invest over $5 million and continues to be ongoing with an annual increase in contract.
For a software company, National Data Consultant, Verge Systems was tasked to improve the processing speed and documentation of performance appraisals. The team set up the documentation process from scratch and enhanced storage capabilities and sorting mechanisms for data received regularly. The partnership, which started in July 2017, has cost about $1 million and continues to date.
A fintech company hired Verge Systems to develop a platform for managing employee data, recruitment process, and payroll. The project, which was executed by the IT manager and other team members, involved setting up a recruitment process for a paperless operation and gathering all data in one place.
