Verdant Soft was hired by Sweet Round Pty Ltd, a company that aids Amazon sellers in growing their businesses through affiliate marketing, to develop a communication system for their platform, AlgoRift. Verdant Soft was chosen for their cost-effective pricing, good value for money, and prior similar experience. The project was executed by a single Verdant Soft employee who played an instrumental role in enhancing the customer experience on AlgoRift by implementing a robust, user-centric chat system. This system streamlined communication across AlgoRift's ecosystem, which includes sellers, affiliates, buyers, and resellers. The main deliverables included chat integration and setup, user interface customization, real-time messaging and notifications, user access controls, and analytics and user engagement tracking. The introduction of this system significantly improved the collaborative experience on AlgoRift, empowering users with reliable, instant communication, and aligning with Sweet Round Pty Ltd's mission to simplify e-commerce management for Amazon sellers and foster growth through efficient affiliate and customer interactions.
