Verbella CMG completed an ECM Implementation project for a floor covering manufacturer. The company aimed to centralize their AP and switch from a paper-based invoice system to an electronic one. Verbella CMG implemented Kofax as the system for archiving invoices and attaching them within the company's SAP ECM system. This allowed every employee to easily find and organize invoices electronically. The system was set up in 2008 and handles around 400 to 500 invoices daily. In another project, Verbella CMG worked with a large construction company, implementing a user-friendly interface for their ERP systems.
