Verbella CMG completed an ECM Implementation project for a floor covering manufacturer. The company aimed to centralize their AP and switch from a paper-based invoice system to an electronic one. Verbella CMG implemented Kofax as the system for archiving invoices and attaching them within the company's SAP ECM system. This allowed every employee to easily find and organize invoices electronically. The system was set up in 2008 and handles around 400 to 500 invoices daily. The company expressed satisfaction with Verbella CMG's efficient and cost-effective approach compared to other bidders, as well as the personalized support they received.

In another project, Verbella CMG worked with a large construction company, implementing a user-friendly interface for their ERP systems. The company used Kofax for scanning and OCR interface, and Apay for the Accounts Payable interface. Verbella CMG developed several automated workflows for non-PO invoice processing, PO invoice processing, recurring invoices, and contract invoicing.
