Verbella CMG successfully completed a project for a floor covering manufacturer based in Salem, New Jersey. The project involved the implementation of a content management system for the company's AP departments which were centralized in New Jersey. Verbella utilized Kofax to set up a server purely for the purpose of archiving and attaching invoices within SAP. This new system replaced the company's outdated system of keeping paper copies of invoices in filing cabinets, saving them a significant amount of space and time. The project, completed in 2008, was deemed a success as it improved the efficiency of the company's invoice system significantly.

For a large construction company, Verbella CMG provided a user-friendly interface to their ERP systems. The project involved the use of Kofax for scanning and OCR interface, and Apay for the Accounts Payable interface. With Verbella CMG handling both Kofax and Apay, the construction company was able to build various automated workflows for their non-PO invoice processing, PO invoice processing, recurring invoices, and contract invoicing. This system, implemented in July 2012, greatly improved the company's ability to communicate, fix purchase orders in the field, and process over 130,000 invoices a year.
