Veon Consulting Pvt Limited partnered with Trivitron Healthcare, a medical device firm, to develop and implement a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Veon guided the development process of a SugarCRM with an open-source application, systematically executing the project from the lead to funnel management. They built software to manage and host all data in one place for salespeople and service engineers. The team also integrated a Salesforce automation mobile app within the system during the final stages. The collaboration began in March 2013 and concluded in March 2017.
In another project, a manufacturer and distributor of diagnostic instruments enlisted Veon Consulting to integrate SAP Business One with Salesforce. Veon first developed several test integrations to demonstrate functionality before proceeding with the integration. The primary integration was completed a few months after the collaboration started in July 2016, but the company continued to use Veon for ongoing consulting, additional integrations, and modifications.
