Venture Labs successfully completed a website and marketing strategy project for a retail company. The client, a small business owner in the sunglass prescription and polarization industry, needed assistance with online product display and customer tracking. Venture Labs developed the client's website using WordPress and implemented a login portal. The president of Venture Labs, Johnny, guided the client on how to monitor the website's various pages and design themes. The final product facilitated inventory and buyer tracking, while digital platforms were utilized to identify and appeal to customers. The project, which cost slightly over $1,000, was executed from April to June 2019.
The company also worked on a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing page development project for Angel Publishing, a newsletter publication firm. Venture Labs was tasked with increasing the conversion rate for the client's Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns. The landing and order pages were redesigned to achieve this goal.
