Ventive

Ventive was hired by a cybersecurity consultancy firm to build their website and manage their marketing automation. The project started with the development of an interactive, scrolling website with a client portal page. Ventive was responsible for the entire process including the design, using Drupal, WordPress, and their internal technologies. The project then progressed to marketing automation, with Ventive setting up the automation platform and building the content. They also managed the company's SEO program, AdWords, and PPC campaign. The project has been successful in generating leads and Ventive has been instrumental in the build and management of the process.

A software startup called Practice in Your Pocket engaged Ventive to develop a mobile app that allows dentists to manage their businesses. The challenge was to create an app that could connect to an existing system via an API, without requiring a visit to a dentist’s office. Ventive built a dashboard-based application that provides high-level information about production and collections from doctors and hygienists. The app also has functionalities that allow doctors to call patients they put under anesthesia and analyze fee schedules. The app, developed for Android and iOS, was made in parallel with a desktop version and a later web version. Ventive continues to provide maintenance and customer support for the app.

A title insurance and closing business hired Ventive to develop a new website and set up a custom Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The company had previous negative experiences with other web design companies, but Ventive provided a positive experience. The website included complex pages that were innovative and different from other companies in their profession. Ventive used Drupal and other software platforms for the development. The project has been ongoing for several years and Ventive continues to be involved in many of the company's technology decisions.
