Vention

Vention was hired by a consulting company to create a minimum viable product (MVP) for a new software product. The company chose Vention due to their high ratings and understanding of the problem at hand. A team of 6-10 employees from Vention was assigned to the project, and they developed version 0.9 of the product from scratch through biweekly sprints and agile development. The project saw a fair amount of changes as the team learned and adapted to the project's needs.

In another project, Vention was hired by Iziwork, a digital temp work staffing company, to augment their IT staff. The CTO of Iziwork selected Vention due to their great culture fit, good value for cost, and their previous positive experience with them. A team of 2-5 employees from Vention was assigned to implement Apps, Web Apps, scalable backends, and data systems to produce full cycle semi-automated staffing services for temp workers in France, Italy, and the rest of the world. The project involved AI and was aimed at achieving excellence in matching, delivery, admin, and job search functions.

In a third project, Vention was hired by a luxury hospitality experience management company to provide engineering and consulting services. The founder of the company found Vention through Google and was impressed with their team and services. Vention provided the company with two full-stack senior lead engineers and did some design work. The project cost between $100,000 and $250,000 and started in April 2023. The engagement is still ongoing, demonstrating the company's satisfaction with Vention's services.
