Velway AI Solutions collaborated with Pitaya, a Ukraine-based swimwear company in providing an advanced ERP consulting and SI solution. Pitaya needed an operating system that orchestrated production, inventory, and sales, moving away from separate spreadsheets and manual tracking. To this end, Velway provided a custom-made, web-based ERP that gave the swimsuit company a holistic view of production and warehouse data, which also lessened the need for manual data entry, fitting their on-demand production model. The work began with an extensive discovery phase where production, warehouse, and sales processes were systematically mapped.

The team from Velway AI Solutions designed and built an internal operating system for Pitaya, starting with an initial phase of in-depth company process exploration. With an understanding of the existing systems, the team was able to design an effective web-based ERP. It covered key business areas from production planning, inventory management, warehouse accounting, to sales analytics. The architecture and product logic of the system were defined by Pitaya, with Velway managing the overhaul of the process design around the software system. The implementation started with the production module, which was instrumental to Pitaya's on-demand model, followed by raw materials warehouse accounting.

Post implementation, Velway continued to collaborate with Pitaya to develop the platform further. Velway managed the system implementation preparation in phases, starting with production, the core of Pitaya's on-demand model, and then raw materials warehouse accounting. They continued to expand the system with additional modules for finance and P&L, task tracking linked to payroll, marketing analytics, and more. Overall, the collaboration with Velway, which started in September 2025, has led to a more structured and efficient operating model for Pitaya's unique on-demand production swimwear business.
