Velosio

Velosio was hired by DM AIRPORTS, LTD. to restructure their Microsoft Teams and SharePoint applications. The goal was to enhance internal company collaboration and communication. Velosio began by examining the existing structure of Teams and then delved into the company's lines of business to streamline the Teams structure. They explained the connectivity of Teams, SharePoint, permissions, policies, and more to help set up a more efficient structure. The new structure has been introduced to the executive team and is currently being adjusted before being rolled out company-wide.

In another project, Velosio provided MS Teams Migration Support for Cantata Health Solutions, a healthcare software company. The primary objective was to transfer all users to Microsoft Teams Phones from another platform. Velosio enabled the organization to start leveraging Microsoft Teams Cloud Voice, enhancing Microsoft Teams with telephony capabilities. The project involved an in-depth understanding of the current platform, reviewing network requirements, understanding end-user device requirements, and setting up cloud voice and audio conferencing. The project was successful and met the client's objectives.

Velosio was also hired by RATP Dev USA, a public transportation service provider, for ERP Consulting & SI. The company aimed to merge legal entities in Business Central. Velosio was responsible for merging three legal entities into one consolidated legal entity. The project involved preparing a sandbox environment for testing, moving unblocked vendors, customers, and open balances to the main entity, and validating the support. The project was a success, and the client was satisfied with the results.
