Velixo AB undertook a project aimed at expanding the scope of the software engineering and IT consulting company, Integrality OÜ. The challenge was to develop a broader engineering capacity and specialist technical expertise through a repeatable partnership model, with Velixo managing client-side factors, while Integrality focused on technical delivery. This endeavor required certain key decisions regarding subcontracting terms, confidentiality, intellectual property, and commercial responsibilities.
To facilitate the project, Velixo identified relevant opportunities in the Swedish market, managed commercial client relationships, and coordinated technical activities with Integrality when necessary. On their end, Integrality provided the necessary engineering resources and assumed responsibility for technical delivery, adjusting the team composition, and expertise as per project requirements. This project was not a traditional fixed-fee vendor engagement, but a commercial partnership.
The partnership between Velixo and Integrality was formalized in December 2025 and has continued till date, with both companies identifying opportunities and presenting suitable engineering profiles. The intention is to scale the relationship in line with arising Swedish client opportunities.
