Vazco

Vazco was hired by Compp.ia, a strategic business consulting company, to perform an audit and strategic consulting for TheRing.io (now known as Dailyn). Vazco was tasked with assessing the company's technology in order to make crucial decisions about further investment, strategic development, and key technology choices. The team was praised for their ownership and responsibility for the project, even when multiple companies were involved. Vazco delivered a comprehensive document with an actionable list of recommendations prioritized by urgency, impact, and risk, which satisfied the client's needs.

In another project, Vazco collaborated with Torus, an organization that provides free English classes to refugees and immigrants, to develop an EdTech mobile app in React Native. The scope of work included developing a real-time messaging feature to facilitate efficient communication between volunteers and learners. Vazco also implemented push notifications, configured Firebase, and set up Firebase App Distribution for easier deployment. The client appreciated Vazco's guidance on prioritizing tasks and selecting key technologies and project management, which expedited the app's release on Google Play and the App Store.

Vazco was also engaged by Printbox, a company providing customizable B2B2C solutions for selling personalized photo products, to eliminate distortion in AI image stylization and build a custom, high-fidelity solution for photo-to-art transformation. Vazco designed and delivered an end-to-end AI image stylization engine, optimized to preserve the identity of photographed subjects in stylized outputs. The solution was developed in approximately 120 hours by a single developer and was ready for internal QA and market testing. The client was pleased with Vazco's expertise and the efficient delivery of a fully customizable engine trained on Printbox’s proprietary style datasets.
