VarianceM engaged with Intelligentsia Coffee Inc., a retail and wholesale coffee company, to provide IT consulting and hands-on configurations across their store locations. They configured routers, switches, and other devices, and ensured routers at different locations were communicating properly to the company's hub location. They also corrected firewall and VPNs and provided business strategy recommendations for equipment upgrades. The company invested between $10,000-$15,000 in the project which ran from November 2018 to February 2019.

VarianceM was hired by Holly Hunt, a luxury furniture brand, to upgrade their Active Directory Forest from 2003 to 2016 and aid with the cleanup and maintenance of the Active Directory. The scope of work involved performing an extensive upgrade to their internal Domain Schema, from forest level Windows 2003, up to 2012. This required multiple stages of upgrade and several days of dedicated work. VarianceM also cleaned up stale objects, deleted stale links between sites, and ensured replication was in a healthy state.

VarianceM partnered with a health and wellness advertising company for a wide-ranging infrastructure modernization effort. The project involved everything from Nutanix/VMware rebuilds to Active Directory hardening, Azure network rearchitecture, and backup resilience.
