Vappar - The Consult Things

Vappar - The Consult Things was hired by an educational institute to develop a customized Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS was designed to manage a complete student academic life cycle, allowing students to access their portals for academic connectivity and parents to monitor their child's progress via a mobile app. The system was integrated with the existing ERP for data migration, utilizing PHP and SQL for development. Vappar's three-member core team, including the CTO and two developers, worked directly on the project. The institute appreciated Vappar's skill, dedication, and flexibility during the development cycle, as well as their vision for the digitization of the education industry.

Vappar - The Consult Things was also engaged by PLC Group, a company providing remote monitoring solutions for critical facilities infrastructure, to assist with a part of their IoT development. Vappar helped build a system that includes customized IoT gateways, allowing PLC Group to add devices, provide useful output to end-users, and fulfill customer customization requirements with minimal coding. The gateways connect data from end-users' devices to a backend database and a frontend visualization component. The team from Vappar, consisting of 5-10 members including an architect, project manager, a frontend developer, and a backend developer, delivered a complete end-to-end IoT gateway and are now working on an upper layer for data analysis. PLC Group praised Vappar for their ability to prototype and develop proof of concepts, which provided clear visualization of project progress.
