Oriola Corporation, a Nordic health and wellness company, hired Vannin Group Inc., to undertake a full upgrade of their fragmented systems at their four hospital sites. The objective was to replace the legacy platforms used for scheduling, billing, EHR, and lab ordering with one unified Greencube deployment. Meeting HL7/FHIR interoperability standards with existing PACS and LIS systems were critical goals. Other notable objectives included streamlining ER-to-inpatient transfers and establishing real-time analytics for quality and compliance reporting. The project, managed by 2-5 team members from Vannin Group, also required the provision of hands-on training for the staff transitioning from the legacy systems.

Vannin Group was chosen for this task due to their pricing model which fit within the budget, their good value for cost, and their alignment with company values. Their team performed on-site examinations of workflows at all the hospital sites, studying the processes in the ER, inpatient wards, pharmacy, and the billing departments. This deep-dive provided a comprehensive understanding of the legacy systems in place.

The key deliverables consisted of a gap analysis, comparing the legacy systems to the modules of Greencube. This was accompanied by a blueprint for a phased implementation of the new systems. In summary, Vannin Group Inc. met the objectives set by Oriola Corporation while fitting comfortably within budget constraints, proving themselves to be a reliable and cost-effective partner.
