Valukoda was contracted by HOALiving, a firm specializing in HOA management and software services, to improve their IT Support and reduce associated costs. The CFO of HOALiving chose Valukoda due to their high ratings, culture fit, and value for cost. The scope of work demanded Valukoda to take over their Managed Software Services, streamline support activities, consolidate software systems, and control spending, enhancing their overall functionality.

Valukoda deployed a team of 2-5 members to fulfill the diverse demands of the project, distinguishing themselves as a reliable IT service partner. The team successfully orchestrated a complete takeover of the Managed Software Services previously handled by another organization. Furthermore, they expertly streamlined support activities, bringing all scattered components under a single, unified system for easy monitoring and control.
