Anima-Vet, a veterinary clinic in Sela, Croatia, engaged Valuator Consulting for a company valuation service. The purpose was to facilitate the division of assets between co-owners as one of them intended to exit the ownership structure. The firm was chosen based on a recommendation. The project involved determining the fair value of the co-owners' shares, which was then presented in a report. The case eventually went to court, and Valuator Consulting provided full support throughout the process. Two senior consultants from the firm, including the CEO, worked on this project.

Specta Agency, a social media management and marketing agency, sought Valuator Consulting's expertise to evaluate a buyout offer from another agency. The firm was chosen for its prompt response and serious approach to addressing the client's needs. The project involved an initial meeting, a review of financial statements, and an evaluation of the potential client's portfolio and offer. Based on their findings, Valuator Consulting advised Specta Agency against accepting the offer, stating that the agency could continue to prosper independently. The project ran from July to October 2021 and involved three resources from Valuator Consulting.
