Highlights from Recent Projects
Valtech was hired by a healthcare company to develop three platforms aimed at patient management, digital sales, and partner collaboration. Utilizing .NET, C Sharp, and React, a team of around 15 professionals worked on these projects. The partnership with Valtech began when a company previously engaged by the healthcare firm was acquired by Valtech. Over three years, the healthcare company invested approximately $400,000 USD in these projects. The collaboration continues, indicating a level of satisfaction with the services provided.
The Department for Transport in the UK government engaged Valtech to redesign their Blue Badge parking service, which was the most complained about online service from the department. The redesigned service needed to meet the needs of both the members of the public who need a blue badge and the 206 councils that administer and enforce the scheme. Valtech, in partnership with the Department for Transport, developed a user-centric, cloud-based service that met central government standards and criteria. The project involved around 24 professionals and has been a continuous engagement since August 2017.
Valtech was tasked by a flagship airline to create a new website and app as part of a digital transformation project. They also assisted in replacing and updating the systems managed by another company. Using Java, Azure’s cloud, and other trending technologies, a team of over 30 professionals was engaged in the project. Despite Valtech being hired by the previous administration, the general manager assigned them this new project and the partnership has continued since February 2018.
