Highlights from Recent Projects
ValarPro collaborated with PwrdBy, a startup company that builds mobile applications for nonprofits and social impact organizations. The team at ValarPro developed four different applications, each serving a unique purpose. The first application was designed to aid fundraisers in managing their data in real time. The second was a local supplier ordering and delivery system, the third was an aid for at-risk opioid users, and the fourth was a CSR department strategy toolkit. The applications were built on a .NET framework using Cordova. ValarPro's work has been well-received, with the project, which started in October 2015, still ongoing.
The company also partnered with a nonprofit that works with social impact technology to build a platform for corporate sustainability calculators. ValarPro was given initial requirements and wireframes, which they reviewed and provided feedback on. They then began developing the calculators, providing both time and cost estimates. They also conducted QA and testing, adapting to any changes or issues. The platform was hosted on Microsoft Azure and ValarPro used a SQL backend, .NET framework, and AngularJS for the web dev platform. The project began in August 2018 and is still ongoing.
ValarPro was also contracted by Supplywizards, an online ordering platform, to help build their e-commerce system. They developed two separate web applications and two separate mobile applications, all interconnected, using Node.js, a .NET API, the Microsoft Azure server, and SQL backend databases. The mobile apps were built on React Native. The project began in November 2016 and is still ongoing. ValarPro's work has been well-received and they continue to maintain a strong relationship with Supplywizards.
