Valant was hired by a Lead UX Designer to enhance the e-commerce solutions of Monday Motorbike. Their challenge was to create a custom e-commerce solution on Shopify that included the customization of themes, installation and configuration of Shopify apps, and ensuring a smooth user journey throughout the buying process. The goal was to reduce the abandonment rate and increase upselling of additional products. Valant was chosen for this project due to their expertise in developing complex WordPress sites and Shopify e-commerce sites. The Valant team, led by project manager Victoria Kozeeva and lead developer Alex Oleksenko, worked closely with the client to ensure all details were captured and requirements were met.
