UZER

UZER successfully completed a UX Audit & User Research project for Fundación para el Fomento de la Lectura - Fundalectura Ibby Colombia. The goal was to enhance the user experience of the Bogotá Digital Library website. UZER performed user research, conducted usability testing, and performed a UX and accessibility audit. The project resulted in a comprehensive report outlining user persona characteristics, problems identified during the research process, UX shortcomings and possible improvements, accessibility issues and recommendations, and overall recommendations for enhancing user experience. The project was well-received, with the client praising UZER's high ratings, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with their company values.

In a project with CIDEI, a nonprofit entity, UZER was hired to provide consultancy and design a new UX/UI for their Innovation Software. The UZER team successfully designed a new user experience to boost the understanding of the software's value proposition, customer journey, and conversion process. The intuitive workflow was designed to be easy for any of the client's employees to use, with the ability to add more complex functionality as needed. The deliverables included an insights document from the research process, wireframes, and UX/UI designs. The client was pleased with UZER's geographic proximity, affordability, cultural fit, and alignment with their company values.

UZER was also hired by Assets, a company providing temporary staff recruitment services, to improve the user experience of a customer-focused application. UZER provided expert consultancy in the UI - UX process and conducted research with real users to diagnose issues. The scope of work included consulting and designing UX - UI prototypes for the corporate platform for core processes. The client chose UZER based on their high ratings and good value for cost, and was pleased with the results of their work.
