The team of 2-5 employees started with workshops and research interviews with users and employees, followed by the presentation of UX concepts that were translated into wireframes for the app's various journeys. After approval, UZER delivered a graphic design of the user interface and a prototype for user testing. The final deliverable was a Figma design file containing the entire process and explanations for the development team.
