Highlights from Recent Projects
UXReactor was hired by a startup in the API security niche with the task of refreshing their product's UI/UX. The startup initially built their own UI and product features but quickly realized the need for a more professional touch. UXReactor conducted user research and combined it with the existing feature set to improve the user experience and visual design. A team of five, including a project lead, visual designers, a product manager, and engineers, worked on the project from November 2019 to April 2020. The startup was extremely satisfied with UXReactor's work, which was referred to them by a contact in their network.
The company UXReactor was engaged by an online dispute resolution company to improve the interaction and visual design of their new platform, CREK ODR. The platform had a strong functionality but weak UX as it was hastily put together by developers. UXReactor was chosen due to the CEO's previous positive experience with them at PayPal. A team of four, including a project lead, two interaction designers, and a visual designer, worked on the project. They presented a 3-week plan and delivered a full readout by the end of it as planned. The CEO was impressed with the caliber of their work and their passion.
Blume Global, a worldwide leader in supply chain visibility and logistics software, hired UXReactor to rethink their User Experience. The goal was to increase completion rates for any flow in the creation of a business object, gain greater visibility throughout the platform, and foster consistency of experience across the suite of products. UXReactor was selected for their ability to solve complex problems for enterprise software with elegant solutions and their ability to keep the user at the center of the product development process. They created a unified framework that could bring five different products into one single framework. The team consisted of a UX Strategist, several Interaction Designers, a Visual Designer, a Senior Researcher, and the Chief eXperience Officer.
