Highlights from Recent Projects
UXReactor was engaged by an online dispute resolution company based in California with the aim of improving the interaction and visual design of their new platform, CREK ODR. The company's CEO, who had previously worked with one of UXReactor's co-founders at PayPal, selected UXReactor due to their impressive caliber of work and passion. UXReactor's team, consisting of a project lead, two interaction designers, and one visual designer, delivered a full readout within a three-week plan and provided regular status updates.
Blume Global, a worldwide leader in supply chain visibility and logistics software, hired UXReactor to rethink their User Experience. The primary goal was to simplify a complex process, increase completion rates, gain greater visibility, and foster consistency across their suite of products. UXReactor was chosen for their ability to solve complex problems with elegant solutions and their user-centric approach. The project involved creating a unified framework for five different products and improving existing product workflows. UXReactor's team included a UX Strategist, several Interaction Designers, a Visual Designer, a Senior Researcher, and the Chief eXperience Officer.
A startup in the API security niche of cybersecurity engaged UXReactor to refresh the UX and visual design of their product. The project scope involved conducting user research and combining it with the existing feature set. The team from UXReactor, consisting of a project lead, visual designers, a product manager, and several engineers, worked closely with the startup's product and engineering team. The engagement lasted from November 2019 to April 2020. The startup chose UXReactor based on a referral from a contact in their network who had a satisfactory experience with UXReactor.
