Aiken House, a tech investor and marketing consultancy firm, engaged the services of UXAX for a comprehensive analytics project. The primary goal was to establish clean reporting, however, the outcomes far exceeded the initial expectations. UXAX not only implemented Google Data Studio reports that were highly customized to Aiken House's needs, but also integrated data from various platforms such as Linkedin Ads, Facebook Ads, Salesforce, and outbound emails from Yesware. This enhanced data visibility and customization led to improved management of sales, marketing, and growth. The project also included monthly recommendations, contributing to the company's profitable growth.

UXAX was selected for this project based on a referral from a professor at Carnegie Mellon. The project involved a series of audits including data sanity, tracking, website SEO, and Google Analytics tracing. In addition, Facebook Pixel setup and event customization were carried out. UXAX also introduced a daily profit calculator and predictive recommendations on the reallocation of marketing spend. The team was composed of a project manager, a developer, and a UX designer who made site recommendations, all under the guidance of the founder. The project was further supported by contractors based out of Pittsburgh, who were referred by UXAX and have since become an integral part of Aiken House's operations.
