UX Team

The UX Team was hired by NeXus Digital Group, a company offering strategy, advisory, and development services in AI, Omnichannel, and related marketing technologies. The objective was to design the User Interface for a telecommunications controller, assess and enhance the user experience, and identify ways to increase monetization of the device. The UX Team was chosen based on their pricing, culture fit, value for cost, and company values. They analyzed the UI and UX needs for the new device, developed the user journey, navigation, on-device and web screens, and end-to-end user interactions. They also conducted extensive research to develop an intuitive UI and identified new opportunities for monetization and market penetration. Key deliverables included a comprehensive analysis report, complete UI designs in Figma, interview summaries and analyses, user surveys, and a detailed recommendations document.
