The client's need was to identify the target audience for their portals and to establish the journey and flow of these portals. UX Sprint Lab began the project by interacting with users, business owners, and business partners, followed by journey mapping, storyboarding, persona creation, wireframing, and creating full fidelity mockups that were converted into technical requirements. A lot of the work done by UX Sprint Lab is now in production. The company chose to work with UX Sprint Lab because of their desire to work with James, the CXO of UX Sprint Lab.
