UX Labs

UX Labs was hired by Careem, a vehicle hire company, to conduct customer base research in Jordan. The project aimed to understand the financial behaviors, habits, and preferences of Careem's Middle-Eastern customer base. UX Labs was selected for their regional understanding, professionalism, and quality of work. The project involved creating and executing a research plan which was tailored to fit the Jordanian context. The research findings were then shared with Careem for further analysis. The team at UX Labs comprised of two researchers.

SharedTech, a Cloud SaaS company, engaged UX Labs to work on their citizen policies engagement platform. The goal of the project was to improve the platform's UX and UI through user journey research and product research. UX Labs was chosen after a careful selection process involving 12 agencies. The project involved brainstorming sessions with SharedTech's product department and government employees to ensure the scope of the project was well-defined. The product manager at SharedTech was responsible for communicating with UX Labs and keeping the team updated on the project's progress.

Riverhead, an online platform that connects businesses with independent consultants, hired UX Labs to develop and design their UI/UX strategy. The project involved designing the UX and UI for Riverhead's static and dynamic pages. UX Labs was selected based on their high ratings, proximity, budget-friendly pricing, and company values. The team at UX Labs assigned 2-5 employees to work on this project. The key deliverable was the design of the UI/UX for Riverhead's platform.
