UX Labs

UX Labs was hired by Careem, a vehicle for hire company, to understand the financial habits and preferences of their customer base in the Middle East. The project involved detailed research into how customers related to financial services, planning and literacy, with a focus on behavioural and cultural aspects. UX Labs was selected for their regional understanding, professionalism and quality of previous work. The research plan was executed successfully, providing Careem with consolidated insights and interview transcripts for further analysis. The UX Labs team assigned to this project consisted of two researchers.

SharedTech, a software company, engaged UX Labs to improve the UX and UI of their citizen policies engagement platform. The project aimed to enhance the voice of the people in policy development. UX Labs was chosen after a thorough review of 12 agencies, standing out for their understanding of SharedTech's concerns and initial research. The project involved multiple brainstorming sessions with SharedTech's product and technical teams, government employees and citizens. The platform was designed to capture experiences and knowledge, providing valuable feedback for policy decision-makers.

Riverhead, an online platform matching businesses with independent consultants, hired UX Labs to develop their UI/UX strategy and design. The project's goals were to design the UX and UI for Riverhead's static and dynamic pages. UX Labs was selected based on a referral, their high ratings, proximity, budget-friendly pricing, culture fit, value for cost, and alignment with company values. The team from UX Labs consisted of 2-5 employees who successfully delivered a designed UI/UX for Riverhead's platform.
