uWebs was enlisted by a music marketplace platform to develop a web application for musicians to sell their services and manage royalties and licensing processes. The company worked closely with uWebs to conceptualize the project, which then proceeded to the technical development phase. The product, which includes an algorithm built by uWebs, is already released in the Polish market with plans to expand further. The collaboration, which began in January 2021, is ongoing and has seen an investment of approximately $1 million.
uWebs was chosen by a fertility education firm, 4OpenMind, to create an online education platform for streaming and storing video records. The platform, cooperationivf.eu, was developed from scratch using Java languages and the YARN framework, and is hosted on AWS. It supports two types of users: lecturers who upload e-learning materials and doctors who can store those materials in a cloud system. uWebs also built a similar system for Polish scientists and currently provides maintenance services for the platform. The engagement, which began in March 2019, has seen a total investment of about $125,000 and is still ongoing.
