UTRLAB was contracted by Turkcell, a major telecommunications company in Turkey, to conduct user experience (UX) research in order to enhance their services. As Turkcell's research partner, UTRLAB undertook extensive research, presented their findings, and tested these results. They worked closely with Turkcell's internal team to improve the UX of their products. The project team consisted of a project manager and a dedicated teammate, with additional members assigned as required. Turkcell chose UTRLAB for their superior quality of work, reasonable pricing, and impressive experience and university connections. The project, which began in March 2015, had a budget of between $50,000 and $100,000 and is still ongoing.
