Utarel was contracted by SoundCampaign, an artist-community company, to enhance their development and delivery processes. The CEO of SoundCampaign sought to make the delivery more predictable, and entrusted Yaroslav, the founder of Utarel, with this task due to his reliability and expertise in project management. The project involved improving Agile/Scrum processes, establishing roadmapping, planning and prioritization, managing changes and expectations, and customizing JIRA to suit the company's needs and processes. As a result, the processes and ceremonies were well-established, the company had a clear list of releases and their contents, and there were efficient workflows for development, QA, customer support, and product management. Yaroslav was the sole resource from Utarel who worked directly with SoundCampaign on this project.
