The first project involved UST developing a customized website for an automobile rental agency that operates in the southwestern United States. The outdated websites had been contributing to lost revenue and weak customer recruitment. UST was engaged to design a custom website to enhance brand loyalty and appeal. The project was broken into two parts, MVP 1 and MVP 2. Their team worked in two-week sprints and used Figma and JIRA to achieve an improved front end design. The team then created the backend and introduced functionality to the website. MVP 1 has been successfully launched and work on MVP 2 is in progress.

The second project was for a French business digitalization startup. UST was hired to replace a manual job management system in Excel with an automated one. The team developed a platform that streamlined job tracking, organization, and billing. Rademade delivered multiple front and backend infrastructure of the client and carrier portal and an administrative dashboard, using Ruby on Rails and Angular. This solution aided in communication between clients and carriers, helping manage 100% of job responsibility and privacy without allocating significant time to each job's details.

UST worked on a project for EMnify GmbH, a leading global IoT communication company. Demands to revamp customer-facing management portals prompted the engagement. The project involved rebuilding the platform using Vue.js, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML. It was redesigned to handle the management of SIM cards and devices, as well as pricing and calculation functionalities. Collaborating as one team, ITernal Group and EMnify's team worked on this project, delivering website design and development services. The platform created is now live and operational, serving the clients effectively.
