The bank's main objectives were to gather rapid, data-driven insights from a diverse user base to validate and inform design decisions, complement their internal research capacity with scalable remote testing capabilities for concept validation and usability testing, and streamline participant recruitment and session logistics. Uservision was chosen for their reasonable pricing, good value for cost, and alignment with the bank's values. A team of 2-5 employees from Uservision was assigned to this project. They supported the bank across many UX research projects, primarily by managing operational processes and assisting in fieldwork. The collaboration focused on multiple products within the mobile banking experience.
