Usertive was hired by Daftcode, a business travel company, to redesign the UI/UX of their website with a focus on user onboarding. The project began with a workshop and discovery phase where Daftcode shared their goals. Usertive then designed a user flow for the website and made the onboarding process more aligned with the overall design and layout of the platform. In addition to redesigning the UI/UX, Usertive also did some coding and DevOps, launching the website, attaching a domain, arranging the server, and configuring the analytics. The project, which lasted from April to May 2021, cost approximately $16,000 USD.
Usertive was also engaged by Polskie Amazonki Ruch Społeczny, an NGO for cancer patients, to design and create a patient-friendly website. The project involved discovery workshops, lo-fi and hi-fi design, prototyping, testing, and website coding.
