UserLab was hired by a UK-based charity fundraising platform to investigate significant drop-offs in user journeys within their newly launched solution. The project commenced with UserLab running a session to understand the desired outcomes. Using this information, a series of user tests were designed and a demo of a typical supporter journey was created. Candidates were then identified to follow this journey and provide commentary on their thoughts throughout. Upon completion, UserLab compiled key themes into actionable insights.
