Userfacet

Userfacet was contracted by a SaaS platform CEO to design the UX/UI for their web-based platform. Using InVision and Figma, the Userfacet team worked closely with the client to understand the platform's features and potential user engagement. The design process involved multiple interactive sessions and covered aspects from user onboarding to mobile usage. After the design was finalized, it was handed over to the client's internal team for development. The project, which cost around $20,000, was carried out from December 2021 to February 2022. The client was satisfied with Userfacet's work, noting that their services were superior to other design firms they had evaluated.

In 2019 and 2020, Userfacet worked on two sales experience demo projects for a large product company based in India. The team created demos for two of the company's product lines, which were used for showcasing at various forums and for demand generation across digital channels. The vendor was chosen through a rigorous selection process that involved extensive review of their previous projects and UI/UX experience. The client's team worked directly with the UI/UX team at Userfacet and their project manager.

A global IT firm hired Userfacet to conceptualize and build immersive customer experiences to enable sales to show-and-tell technology stories. Userfacet was selected based on the reference of work from other colleagues. The team at Userfacet took great care in understanding the project, coming up with multiple design options, gathering feedback, and working on iterations. The client appreciated Userfacet's partnership approach, their availability, and their valuable insights, which made the execution of complicated projects easier and more stylish.
