Usability Sciences was hired by a food delivery company to evaluate and improve the user experience of their applications. The team at Usability Sciences worked closely with the company to identify core tasks within each application for evaluation and benchmarking. After refining the testing protocols, Usability Sciences conducted a study over a two-week period. They also managed and fulfilled a user recruit in a respectable timeframe. The project concluded with a comprehensive written report which was presented to the entire organization. The team from Usability Sciences consisted of a salesperson, a lead and support researcher, and a primary recruiter.

A software development company, VIIZR, engaged Usability Sciences to pressure test their product design with their target customers. The focus was not only on usability but also on the overall perceived value of the product. Usability Sciences, recommended by Salesforce, worked on the project which was built on the Salesforce platform. Despite the challenges, the product was designed to feel like consumer software, easy to use without extensive training or explanation. However, there was a slight communication miss as Usability Sciences worked with an external recruiter who "owned" the contacts.

Usability Sciences was hired by a medical company to conduct quantitative testing on their multi-generation measurement devices and a usability study on their latest generation measurement device. The company, which provides therapeutic spectacle lenses, chose Usability Sciences because of their close geographic location, great culture fit, and referral. Over five separate iterations, Usability Sciences recruited around 200 consumers for a one-hour testing session. These sessions involved up to six measurements split evenly across measurement device generations. They also conducted a usability study with 10-12 consumers on the VR headset to obtain qualitative feedback and assist in the design/delivery of a clearer message to the patients.
