Urteam was hired by Adams Technologies, a printing and publication business, to provide web design services and advice on functionality, payment gateways, SEO, and marketing. The goal was to establish a viable business in the UK before expanding to the US. The client selected Urteam based on their pricing and positive background investigation. Urteam worked on all aspects of web design, serviceability, and ongoing support, with the client interacting mainly with two field agents.

Urteam was engaged by Tps Management Services to revamp their company website in order to reverse declining traffic volume. The goal was to enhance online offerings to both new and existing customers and increase traffic. The vendor was selected through a tender process facilitated by a consulting group. Urteam redeveloped and redesigned the entire website, conducted site testing, and created content. The client primarily interacted with a project manager but also had contact with a designer and other support staff.

The vendor was selected after an online search and a series of video calls with shortlisted vendors. Urteam led the process, finishing the app designs in one month and completing development in six weeks. The client mainly communicated with the project manager during the project.
