Ursidekick was hired by Lalan Rubbers, a leading work glove manufacturer in Sri Lanka, to enhance their homegrown ERP system. This system lacked the necessary functionality to provide insight into their sales. The manufacturer was embarking on an expansion drive, which made this insight crucial. Ursidekick chose to implement the Qlikview BI tool to meet the manufacturer's needs. They first analyzed the existing ERP system and sales flow, then developed and integrated Qlikview into the system. The team also provided comprehensive training to the manufacturer's team to ensure maximum utilization of the program. Ursidekick's team consisted of 3 to 4 developers and one team lead, with one developer dedicated solely to this project. The manufacturer also had contact with the CEO and Director of Ursidekick for project overview. Based on references and industry recommendations, Lalan Rubbers selected Ursidekick for this project.
