URBSoft

URBSoft was engaged by a local car rental company to design and develop a website to enhance their online presence. The project involved creating a site from scratch, optimizing it for smartphone use, and developing an admin panel. The website was hosted on DigitalOcean. The project, which ran from December 2021 to February 2022, was completed by a team of three from URBSoft. The client, who was referred to URBSoft by a friend, invested around $2,500 in the project.

URBSoft provided managed DevOps services for MOHIO, an Austrian-based software content supplier. The goal was to enhance and maintain the operational efficiency and reliability of MOHIO's software systems. Key deliverables included a robust Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems, security measures, auto-scaling solutions, automated backup and recovery processes, an incident response plan, detailed documentation, knowledge transfer sessions, and 24/7 support. The project was undertaken by a team of 2-5 employees from URBSoft.

The URBSoft team, composed of one employee, developed various architectural solutions for different software development and support environments. The solutions were designed to allow efficient, high-quality, and economical use of all resources on the DevOps project.
