Urban Insight was engaged by the Japanese American National Museum to improve the usability of their outdated website and increase user engagement. The team, consisting of 2-5 employees, conducted a user survey to evaluate the existing site and identify new features that would benefit users. They also developed user personas to create a narrative for the relevance of their new site to their target audiences. Based on this feedback, Urban Insight and the museum's project teams met weekly to develop a content strategy, wireframes, and design for both desktop and mobile.

In another project, Urban Insight was hired by a healthcare company to create a new web app with excellent user experience, beautiful design, and complex features. The team of 6-10 employees developed a marketing website and a web app to manage staff assignments. The web app was built with a headless or decoupled architecture to optimize performance. Key deliverables included detailed strategy and user experience documents, interviews with users, usability testing, technical architecture documentation, quality assurance, training, and ongoing support.

Urban Insight was also contracted by a commercial design company to redesign their aging website. The team of 2-5 employees provided a new, modern look for the site, rethought the way projects are navigated and displayed, and prioritized user experience. They also reorganized the site to better reflect the company's priorities, increased its flexibility and adaptability, minimized or mitigated any SEO and traffic losses resulting from the redesign, and prioritized site speed.
