UpTop

UpTop was hired by a software company specializing in digitizing organizational resilience to conduct a comprehensive analysis across UX, data, and customer insights. The team of 2-5 employees from UpTop was able to successfully deliver on key objectives, which included digital buyer journey research, digital buyer personas, and a digital buyer journey map. They also provided recommendations to improve the software company's website. The outputs of this project led to the creation of a new navigation system, digital personas, and digital buyer journeys, demonstrating UpTop's expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

In another project, UpTop worked with a ticketing platform to address their need for frontend development and UI/UX design. The company was looking to centralize two different products into one and lacked in-house frontend developers. UpTop's team, split into a mobile app team and a web app team, each consisting of 5-6 members, worked on about 4-5 projects with the company. They successfully integrated a pricing tool into the platform, allowing users to control their inventory and distribution, and provided data points to assist in decision-making. The engagement, which started in September 2022, is ongoing, highlighting UpTop's ability to establish long-term partnerships with clients.

The company chose UpTop for their budget-friendly pricing, great culture fit, and aligned company values. The team from UpTop, consisting of 2-5 employees, exceeded expectations by delivering a user-friendly platform that enhanced member engagement and satisfaction. The redesigned online resource tool improved accessibility and usability, providing an intuitive and engaging experience for members.
