Upstack Studio was hired by the Financial Planning Association to create an online portal. The goal was to provide a platform for Malaysians to verify the registration and licensing of financial planners and advisers before engaging their services. Upstack Studio, chosen for their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, and positive referrals, assigned a team of 6-10 employees to the project. The result was a new online portal that allows members to register licensed representatives from different financial advisory firms, thereby enabling the public to easily search for licensed financial planners in Malaysia.

For One Stop Manpower Sdn Bhd, Upstack Studio developed a location-based job search app and a web dashboard for employers to post job openings. The company, which provides temporary manpower solutions, found Upstack Studio through an online search. They selected them due to their high ratings, proximity, and alignment with company values. The team of 2-5 employees from Upstack Studio delivered a full-featured job portal with both web and mobile apps. The project included features such as maps for job searching, job posting functionality, job matching based on criteria, a credit system for job posting and unlocking profiles, a resume builder, a profile section for users, and a rating system for employers.

BookXcess Sdn. Bhd., a book retailer, engaged Upstack Studio to enhance their Shopify Store layout and design, fix bugs, and optimize page speed. The company found Upstack Studio through a referral and chose them for their geographic proximity, cultural fit, and positive recommendation. Upstack Studio assigned one employee to the project. The work included various improvements and bug fixes to the Shopify Store, layout changes, UX improvements, mobile responsiveness enhancements, and the addition of new features. The team also advised on Shopify Apps to install and helped remove bloated apps and unused codes from the theme. The result was a more user-friendly, efficient, and responsive online store.
