Upscalix

Upscalix successfully completed a web development and design project for VA For Everyone, an outsourcing company that provides staff from overseas to international technology companies. The project involved the revamp of the company's website and the development of an internal staff management tool. Upscalix was chosen due to its proximity, affordability, and good value for cost. The revamped website, designed with wireframes and interactive UI/UX design, was made more modern and sleek, providing more value to visitors and clients. Regular check-ins ensured the project was on track and allowed for timely feedback. After a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, the website was deployed to the live server and has been under continuous support and maintenance from Upscalix.

The internal staff management tool was also developed with a wireframe design and interactive UI/UX design. This custom web application allows VA For Everyone's clients to book small jobs and for the company to assign those jobs to Virtual Assistants (VAs). Regular check-ins allowed for updates on the project's progress and for workflow adjustments. After a UAT phase, the platform was rolled out to a production server and has been in use since. The executive of VA For Everyone expressed satisfaction with the project outcomes and the close collaboration with Upscalix throughout the development phases.
