Updrift.co was engaged by Parcel Kiosk, a global shipping company, to revamp the user interface of their online shipping platform. The primary requirement was to create a UI that provided ease of navigation for customers and enabled effective selling of upgrades without pressuring customers. The project started with Updrift.co conducting preliminary research and receiving a brief and customer profiles from Parcel Kiosk. The firm's CEO, Farid, who was the main point of contact, then provided recommendations. The design has since been transferred to the developers for implementation. Parcel Kiosk chose to work with Updrift.co because of their quick response to the initial scope, their questioning approach to better understand the business, and their local presence. The engagement started in February 2018 and has since been completed.
