Unstuck Labs worked with startup Candid Works LLC to develop a crowdsourcing platform for individuals with student loan debt. The company faced numerous challenges, including tax and labor law considerations, and had to decide whether to create a crowdsourcing platform or manage the funds themselves. Unstuck Labs guided the company through the creation of a business plan and the development of the platform. The team at Unstuck Labs also helped with the establishment of an account for online transactions, the design of the platform's UX/UI, and the marketing of the product. Work on the project started in August 2019 and is ongoing.
Unstuck Labs collaborated with a company specializing in ergonomic computer workspace design to update their website and streamline their processes. The company was struggling in the early stages of the pandemic, and their website was outdated. Unstuck Labs set up project management software, a CRM account, and team communication channels for the company. They also created and designed a new e-commerce website and mobile app using WIX. The company benefited from the strategic input and web design provided by the CEO, Wa’il Ashshowwaf, and business advice in financial projections from founder and partner Ibrahem Alhaidari.
Unstuck Labs partnered with the founder of a history application to develop a custom app. The goal was to create an app that hosts historical cards based on the user's geolocation without incurring excessive costs. The Unstuck Labs team helped with customer analysis, wireframing, and prototyping before building the app. They worked in two-week sprints, with weekly meetings with the developer and project manager. The project was built using full-stack technologies, including Flutter and Python 3. The team consisted of a lead developer, a project manager, and a liaison.
