Highlights from Recent Projects
Unpack'd was hired by Lady Bird Mixer Co. to create a brand from scratch. The team of 6-10 employees at Unpack'd was selected for their great cultural fit and aligned company values. Communication was primarily through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps. The scope of work included all aspects of packaging design such as four packs, bottles, case carriers, website, and point of sale including tasting notes. The feedback was positive, indicating that Unpack'd was a great fit and delivered on the desired outcomes.
Unpack'd worked with a whiskey brand from June 2017 to June 2021 to provide package design, brand conception, and marketing services. The team, led by founder and CEO Wes, used outside contractors to complete the project. They helped develop the brief, assets, and attributes to establish the company. Despite the product conception being already done, Unpack'd worked on the brand story and packaging. The whiskey brand was impressed with Unpack'd's work and recommended them to others.
Tacodeli, a restaurant chain in Texas, hired Unpack'd for brand identity and packaging design for a line of tortillas. They also wanted to redesign their existing Tortilla Chips and Salsas brand identity and packaging to align with the new look. After a personal recommendation and meeting with several packaging agencies, Tacodeli decided to move forward with Unpack'd. The final deliverables were mechanical art files ready to be sent to the printer. The project was phased in sequences, with more projects added to the scope due to the strong quality of work. Tacodeli worked directly with Wes, the owner and CEO of Unpack'd, who was the primary point of contact throughout the project.
