Unoperate

Unoperate successfully completed a project for Google's cloud division, where they were tasked with simplifying HBase migrations for customers. They developed an open-source product that enabled seamless migration from HBase to Bigtable without requiring any downtime. The project, which ran from June 2021 to March 2022, posed several challenges due to the lack of consistency between the two separate systems. Nevertheless, Unoperate managed to overcome these hurdles by ensuring correctness, concurrency, and compatibility across different database versions. The team primarily consisted of their lead architect and lead developer.

In a separate project for TEONITE Venture Builder, a software development company, Unoperate was hired to supplement their software development efforts. They provided low-level coding and device integration expertise to enhance the firm's communication devices in the telecommunications sector. The collaboration, which lasted from June 2019 to March 2020, involved working with a single expert from Unoperate. The project was successful, with the company investing about $10,000 in Unoperate's services.

Unoperate also undertook a project for Lorenz Labs Inc, a telecommunication firm specializing in low latency communication infrastructure. They were hired to design a transmission protocol, build a low latency system, and test the system in production. The team, which consisted of 6-10 employees, successfully built and tested a low latency SDR transmission system between Slough, UK and Mawah, NY. The decision to hire Unoperate was influenced by their high ratings and alignment with the company's values.
