Univest

Univest undertook a project for a property management real estate company, whose managing partner was seeking to purchase a commercial real estate property. The client needed financing for neighborhood improvement zone-specific lending. Univest stepped in to assist the client in acquiring a $4 million loan, which was needed to purchase the property with complex underwriting requirements. The client was introduced to Univest through Pete, the Business Development Manager, and also worked closely with a relationship manager. The client was impressed with Univest's knowledge of neighborhood improvement and their ability to procure a term sheet. The project, which began in October 2021, is ongoing, with the client set to pay off the $4 million loan upon completion.
