Berman Design, an architecture firm specializing in hospitality industry design, needed a convenient workspace on the south side of Chicago. The firm turned to University CoWork for a coworking space and business consultation. The engagement began around July 2019 and continues to date, with a monthly fee of around $2,500.

The company also utilized the space for small events and attended events hosted by University CoWork on topics such as credit building and business expansion. The ongoing relationship began in February 2019, with a dedicated membership fee of $145 per month, plus additional fees for extra amenities.
