Universalabs collaborated with Engie, a utility firm based in France, to develop an online platform named Ajusto. This platform was designed to connect small service providers or handymen with customers. The project, which began in March 2016, was initially localized to Romania but has since expanded to four other European countries. The Universalabs team, led by founder Bogdan Păun, worked diligently to not only develop the platform but also contributed creatively in setting up the prototype. The first version of the platform was completed in three months, with subsequent versions being launched every two weeks, as part of a scrum development process. The project cost was estimated to be around €100,000 ($120,000).
